Limitations
Our warehouse moves quickly to fulfill any outstanding orders that enter into our system. Therefor Saddle Point cannot guarantee the cancelation of an order once it has reached our warehouse system.
Once a shipping label has been generated for an order it cannot be canceled/held in by Saddle Point.
Order cancelation requests received via email will be addressed as quickly as possible. However whenever possible it is best to cancel the order directly from your sales channel. This way there is no delay in waiting for customer service to manually cancel the order.
Shopify Orders
In general if an order remains "Unfulfilled" in Shopify that order is eligible to be canceled and fulfillment can be halted by Saddle Point.
Once an order is canceled in Shopify it is immediately marked as canceled in our system and will not be fulfilled. This is a much quicker and more assured process than emailing our customer service in order to cancel an order.

Other Sales Channels
Saddle Point's integration level with other sales channels varies depending on the level of access granted during your account setup. Please contact client support at help@saddlepoint.co for clarification as wether cancelation on your platform instantly transfers to Saddle Point's warehouse. In most cases it will.
Cancel Requests via Email
Contact help@saddlepoint.co for all cancelation requests that cannot be performed via your sales channel. Customer service will do their best to get your order canceled prior to fulfillment.
